Company has 401k, health insurance, life insurance, personal time, vacation time, and sick days. They have excellent health insurance
There are minimal benefits, but they are of high quality benefits.
Perks are good 401k, decent retirement, decent health insurance. Terribly low pay, lack of training and development.
401k , vacation time was not that great, sick time was a great bonus
Insurance is expensive, vacation is unheard of.
Insurance through United Healthcare is kind of pricey vacation is only two weeks until you have been there 5 years and you cannot roll any over.
Benefits are only for management team and not available to part time workers. Benefits are only for management team and not available to part time worker.
Best is the culture; worst is the structure of workload vs payroll and benefits. I don't have much negatives to say.
Worst: High deductible insurance plan Best: Store discounts, great employee stock purchase plan and 401k plan
Awful medical insurance. High deductible plan is awful. Plan does not cover anything. Had to pay $250 when i went to a “covered” urgent care. Not worth it at all. My doctor was even shocked by what my plan did not cover.
