Healthcare is affordable and they have improved their options this year.
This is a decent job to have.
In the last year or so, they have upgraded their benefits package. Although, a number of the benefits are things you wouldn't use. They have more for full time staff and some for part time staff. The pay is low and the benefits don't make up for that. If you are assistant manager or manager, there are many more benefits.
Time off takes a while to add up.

They have good benefit plans for reasonable prices, the 401k does up to 3% match, schedules are usually flexible and also have tuition reimbursement which is a plus for a college student.
