The free health insurance is ok. You have the option to pay for better coverage if you want. I'm young so it's not as important to me right now to have the cadillac plan since I'm not sick all the time. Best thing about the benefits are the paid holidays and vacation. After awhile the two weeks of vacation becomes three and you can roll it over if you need to. Also there is sick time for Dr. Appointments and stuff.

Good morning! All of our employees, whether in the office or the field, are eligible to enroll for healthcare benefits almost immediately, eligible for paid holidays within a year, eligible for paid vacation after one year, and eligible for a matching, safe harbor 401K plan after one year of service and on the first enrollment period. All employees are eligible for performance based pay raises, bonuses, employee of the month bonuses, referral bonuses, and other incentives at any time. We also offer free training and development to every entry level field employee immediately and for the first six months of employment. In every case these timelines meet or exceed standard expectations for a benefits schedule and in many cases the benefits themselves exceed anything offered by a staffing company to their staffed employees. It is our mission at TradeSTAR to invest in our staffed employees. We view staffed employees as clients, partners, and team mates. By investing in you today we hope to share in your present and future success as your agent and consultant. Many of our former employees have gone on to become our clients. Some came to us with no experience and in a short time have earned management roles at Fortune 500 companies only to turn to TradeSTAR to fullfill their manpower needs. There are two weeks vacation after one year of employment, pretty standard and quite nice; 401k matching after one year; paid holidays; 32 hours annual sick time. The health benefits are what you might expect at a smaller company: better than last year, still expensive. The company and upper management are very understanding about family emergencies, and they seek to be accommodating as much as possible. The benefits are absolutely great for a single person as those are almost 100% paid for by the company.
