Plenty of time off is given
Easy to schedule it and will leave you alone when on vacation. No down sides at the moment of this particular program I can think of
You don't really accrue substantial time off unless you've been working with the company for at least two full years. They are tricky, too. If you join the team in say March, your first full year begins on Jan 1st. So really you need to work two years and 9 months before you enjoy the benefits of good time off. So not worth it.
worst thing is they load up your schedule unless your in management to get you to use vacation when it's good for them
