You can put in what you want per pay period...they contribute, I believe, 10% of your yearly 1x per year!
Trader Joe's contributes 10% to your 401k for everyone working over 700 hours. This is not matching, they contribute whether or not you do.
They start paying once you have accumulated a certain number of hours
You can have. Intros of your plan if want. Or use advisor. Also good finds to choose from with really low fees
Employment match is nice and I don't know if I would have saved any of it without a plan offered by the company
They match dollar for dollar so it is up to the user to choose the percentage of each paycheck that they want to/ can afford to put towards the plan.

If you are 30 years and older, at the end of the calendar year, TJ's deposits into your company 401k account 10% of your yearly earnings. The period for it to get it fully vested is 6 years. If you are 20 to 29 years of age, you get a check at the end of the year equal to 5% of your yearly pay.
