From Day 1, I was offered 20% off of my groceries. Especially given the rising grocery prices everywhere and TJ's relatively good prices, it's an even better deal.
I really hope they kept the discount for crew members at 20% across the board - no matter how much money you spend. They were a bit dicey about scaling back some benefits once the pandemic waned down, so hopefully this incredibly worthwhile benefit (which encourages product knowledge among workers) will continue to adjust with inflationary pressures.
Wish it was more then it currently is.
