Pretty good. Too bad you need to use it for emergencies, bereavement and parental or medical leave.
It's very flexible and accrues based on the number of hours you work. You can use it to supplement your pay if you call-off (since there are no paid sick days) or for vacations.

hours add up pretty nice so it's not too bad. requesting off can be a pain but not as bad as other jobs
Could be better. Doesn't accrue fast enough, and it counts towards sick days too.
Vacation time is very flexible, you just have to request it weeks head. Paid time off is available.
