The best is definitely the leave policies. Tradeshift offers 6 months fully paid maternity leave and 2 months paternity leave. It also has great health care plans. I also really like the wellness program with in house yoga, running clubs and bootcamps

Free Lunch is nice, although quality varies. Lots of drinks available, including beer. Snacks a bit lacking. Expensing mobile phone bills is nice given nobody carries blackberries anymore. In-Office Yoga & Bootcamp also good. Work-life balance is promoted. Desks and equipment also nice. Missing: 401k, FSA. Expensing childcare or home internet would be great.
