General Managers get free health and dental insurance after one year of employment! Unlimited vacation, but that's a trap! If you take off more than 10 days total per year (I never did), they will make you feel like a D-Bag and probably start interviewing your replacement behind your back. Who am I kidding? They perpetually do that anyway. The 401(k) is a joke. I think they match two nickels per pay period.

There is nothing about this company that is good. Stay away whatever you do. There is no training involved and you are set up for failure

High deductible for health insurance. Never allowed to use PTO and will have your job threaten for using a sick day (even though management uses sick days once a week).

401k and health insurance packages are not the best. I've had a couple of minor health issues that none of the health insurance packages would cover

They had a very good health care plan offered to all employees, from the top down. Medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance. Very little paid time off in the first 2 years, like 5 days a year.

The health insurance, while its offered, is terrible. You have to pay $2,000 up front costs before you can even use it. When your making poverty levels of income, you can't afford to use it.

There is no bad in the benefits if you think there is you're being ungrateful.
