    Solid benefits for a private company. Good health insurance, low deductible. Long term disability included in salary. Other typical ones such as dental, short term, HSA/FSA, 401k with match are available.

    Great Benefit package! Blue Cross and Blue Sheild health insurance, matching 401 K, Profit Sharing, Paid Holidays and vacations. Free coffee and tea.

    The company's benefit is like typical company these days, 401K (by Fidelity) and health insurance. The nice things about it is that company appreciated the employee during the holiday. The company rented a country club and host a Christmas party and the company event prepared gift (toys) for the employee's kids.

    Best: 401k match, great healthcare options (affordable), comparable vacation time compared to other companies, good sick day policy. Bad: Can't take vacation days until they are accrued which can be difficult to take time off.

    Everything was pretty standard. Dental, Vision, Health, 401k, 8 hours of PTO acquired every month. They were pretty friendly with flex time. 8 hour days were not required as long as you hit at least 40 hours a week and had all your work done.

    Prescription prices were not covered. Benefits Manager would comment "they should be covered." "I know that is why I'm discussing with you" Prescriptions and Doctor visits were the biggest problem. A lot of out of pocket expenses that were said to be covered and weren't' Another big issue was Expense Reports. Approvals were made on budgets and then when you returned from a trip the division leader wouldn't approve the expense report. The comment would get made "Don't you know we are bleeding money right now?" "No, because every quarterly meeting the leaders say how good we are doing"
