    Very expensive and very high deductibles. Not worth it unless you have no other option, or you have some extreme ailment that costs lots like cancer.

    I never have the chance to used it because I got discipline and really aware of the food I ate all the time. However my co-worker always have a concern and insurance complains.

    Premiums and deductibles increase every year and in order to earn cash to cover some medical expenses there are certain activities you have to participate in and the money goes into an HSA account. Typically not enough to cover your deductible so you still have to come out of pocket a few of hundred dollars
