Very good vacation and PTO without having to work there for years.
Easily allows work work life balance.
PTO can be denied by superior, meaning if you call off for a sick day, but your manager needed you, you can get wrote up. Otherwise you get 40 hours. 80 hour vacation, you need to request dates a month or 2 in advance. You may not get days you need if other people have already taken those days, or they need you to work.

I do not get vacation but they paid me for them and never have time off for real.

Employees receive three weeks paid vacation on first day, and can carry over a week into the next year but must use before the end of the first quarter of the year it was carried over into.

Union negotiated, but Trane tried to take it away from us every 4 years. New hires got a week after a year and 2 weeks after 3 years and 3 weeks after 7 years.
