Great Benefits Package with HSA contributions.
Family-oriented, benefit generosity skewed towards families, though insurance premiums are covered. Low-cost 401-K, HDHP with HSA with subsidy, lots of in-office perks, and "flexible time off".
Pay was competitive. Not much of a benefit package for me as an intern
Having a flexibility to work at home and plan your own time was the best.

-discretionary 401 k contribution as opposed to a set number. I am told this goes directly to bonus instead -deductible is high, but with the firms HSA contribution and 95% of premiums being covered it is great
