The medical benefits package I have is great - it covers a lot and I don't pay that much out of pocket. There are a few different packages to choose from based on what you need.
Great health insurance, used it a lot
Very little paid time off. No sick time unless you live in Arizona. No Vacation time as an Interpreter. PTO accrual Benefits & incentive were paused due to coronavirus. No way to increase pay rate over time.
They do add to your 401K and there are decent medical benefits for those who apply.
There were no benefits for intern positions at TransPerfect
medical is good. not much 401k matching
401k my understanding is 0.25 for every dollar and it’s maxes out at 6% so about 1.50% if you contribute 6% it’s through Voya and let me tell you it’s riddled with fees, the way the brag about how much money the pay bring in every quarter you’d think it would be a hire match. Medical dental and vision are ok if you have no kids . Nice paid tome off oh 402 k matching has been suspended for the time being maybe Phil shouldn’t have purchased that house in Puerto Rico he really should relinquish his wages for the rest of us
Don't have to pay much for it, that's the best thing but the coverage is not all that great you know.
Internal discounts from perksatwork.com, 401k, health savings, good medical, vision, and dental insurance. Lots of other elections that people with families would benefit from more than single people. Commuter benefits in NYC too.
very good health insurance, 401K company match, life insurance
