Hallmark employees receive 15-23 days of paid time off annually.
Vacation days = sick days, there's no difference between the 2. whether you're taking a vacation or sick day it counts towards PTO. only get about 13-15 PTO days/year
Decent vacation time Could be better
Overall benefits are ok for a full-time employee
You aren't given a set number of vacation days-- you have to earn them. You are also pretty much expected to be completely available to your coworkers and clients even while out of the office.
15 days to start, but you also have to factor in no sick time :/
Accruals are standard and get better then longer you're there.
You have to just wait a few years for the vacation time to really kick in
Accrual of vacation time depends on how many years you have been working in the company!
The actual benefit provided is fine, but the company culture is one that doesn't encourage taking time off.
the longer you work for the company the more PTO you get. Overall it's not bad.
