You are insured but it's nothing to brag about. A major medical issue will likely cause financial hardship.
Very expensive. They recently switched administrators so the company could save money but it costs the employees more now. The health coverage is OK too. Other fringe benefits (parties, etc.) are no longer offered by the company
HSA account premiums have been going up.
no benefit you need to bear your own insurance and so on. there is no basic benefit including in this job
According to what you choose when selecting your benefits. Just read carefully and ask questions if you don't understand. Benefits coordinator is really great in helping you understand the best option for your health insurance.
high deductible especially if you have a family
It was a HSA/Health Savings Account. It includes both RX and Medical. You paid all costs until the deductible is met. For RX, that means you pay the entire cost of the drug until you meet your deductible. Pricey.
Average, high deductible cost. Employees are pushed toward using an HSA.
Great health insurance, very affordable, providing awesome coverage. Very cost efficient for myself and my family.
Sooooo expensive and only HSA option. Deductibles are incredibly high for family. I was paying over $350/month for family coverage.
