The Company provides employees with Paid Time Off (PTO) to use for vacation, sick and wellness time.
There is only 15 PTO a year and no sick day

Sick and vacation time is lumped together for PTO. You are penalized for taking unscheduled absences. It is included in your annual review and if you accrue too many verbal/written warnings will be given. People have been terminated for excessive absences. They also limit the amount of time you can make up to 2 hours per week.
Average. You do have the ability to roll over some of it if not used.
Each year you get 120 hours worth of vacation but doesn't include holidays. Only benefit if you dont use up most of them can be added onto the next year.
3 weeks to start. But no sick time it is included in the time off package. 10 paid holidays with usually 1 floating day included.
