They have the basic plans for insurance, and for 401k also they give pto as soon as you start the job day one in training.
Health care is too expensive. The plan is comparable to Obama Care plans, at same cost, and has $4000.00 deductible with $75 doctor visits. Could afford dental or vision. Sick time takes too long to earn. Overtime available, then they cut hours or change schedule the night before. As bad as others. Yosemite Sam. I would like to get paid time off and not something I have to earn by having perfect attendance for a full 30 days to get 2 PTO
The worst thing is the cost. It's much too expensive based on pay.
There are no benefits. You get no paid Time off You get no 401k No sick time No raises No opportunity of promotion
The company PTO and Benefits package could be considered the bare minimum. Medical and Dental was so under covered and over charged that it would be cheaper getting my own insurance. PTO was very sparse and could not be used until after it was accrued.

The benefits with this company are below average. You pay health dental and vision insurance. No paid vacation days.. no sick days
No 401k offered. Finding a primary care doctor is very difficult, 4 out of 5 offices tried from the insurance website are not taking new patients if you do not work for the insurance company itself.?? Dental insurance is expensive and covers very little.
