Transdev offers a competitive benefits program. We strive to offer competitively priced plans and to negotiate good rates with excellent health care insurance providers.

To best address our people’s needs, our benefits vary based on the geographic location, and on union contractual requirements. Some benefits are automatic and fully paid by the company, while others are voluntary and require an employee’s election and contribution. Our list of services and benefits packages may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, flexible spending accounts, tuition reimbursement, paid holidays and vacation, direct deposit and retirement programs including 401(k)s.

As a global company, Transdev North America is aware our employees have diverse needs. And because no one knows our employees’ personal benefits needs as well as they do, our company offers competitive and flexible plans that provide them the opportunity to customize their benefits once they become eligible. Because needs change with time, we also offer employees an opportunity to modify their plans annually.

The healthcare is a PPO. I personally don't like a PPO. There is also a 401k with a 6% match.

PPO insurance is the cheap way out. There is a 401k at 6% match. Nothing really shining about their benefits.
