Transwestern offers a highly competitive benefits package to our full-time employees who work at least 30 hours per week. Our comprehensive, flexible plans include medical, prescription, dental, and vision insurance; flexible spending accounts; 401(k); life and disability insurance; paid time off; professional development courses; and employee assistance resources.
Great health benefits and a good amount of vacation hours. Upper management also allows their staff to leave early before each holiday which is appreciated.
Plans became so expensive I switched to my wife's employer plan
401k, Paid Time-off, Company events
Transwestern offers good benefits and paid time off.
Lots of options, but they all come at a cost. Transwestern only provides a few things free, but does a small 401k match and a generous HSA match.
The worst thing is that the 401 K match is a little on the low side for this field. The best thing is that the overall medical benefits are quite good.
Healthcare is abit expensive and does not offer much.
Not a lot of vacation time
Great health insurance, plenty of vacation days
Paid community service day, several paid Holidays and PTO. Transwestern offers a generous company paid medical leave, one week for every year of service. Bonuses are paid consistently to staff which is rare in my CRE experience. HR is easily accessible and always willing to help.
