    This company has very good health insurance packages. Bereavement pay is available in case of emergencies. Employees are automatically signed onto a 401k plan after a year.

    The best thing is that they offer a whole bunch of different packages to choose from nut the worst thing is that it is way to expensive. My whole 4 years there I didn't even get insurance couldn't afford it living paycheck to paycheck

    Awful benefits. No variety. They ONLY offer Anthem insurance and the coverage is not that good. It is not very cost efficient for many of their employees. You can get insurance a little cheaper if you meet their health requirements- so be prepared to visit your doctor's office frequently. If you opt out of their 'healthy journey' be prepared to pay around $500/mo. It's a disservice to all of their employees.

    They don't give you anything when you are part-time, and when you are full-time the benefits are okay

    The cost of benefits was far too high and the penalties for not stay within the company profile was too restrictive. The best part of the package for Home Office employees was you could receive care form both major Hospitals in the Cleveland area without going Out of Network.

    After termination the company will continue to deduct the monthly premium for FSA and Healthcare insurance and will cancel the policies even though they have been paid in full. You will no longer be able to access your FSA Account to utilize the money you have stored.

    They offer 401k, insurance, drink program, dental and vision. However, the insurance is costly and doesn't cover much of anything. 401k they will contribute UP TO 3% of what you contribute.
