The health insurance and PTO benefits are great.
Pension, 401K, mental health and wellness.
There were a lot of supportive services available to me when a family member suddenly became I'll and passed away.
Benefits start on day one. 401k is great but they also offer a pension plan
The benefits are great here.
The health insurance coverage is disjointed and spread amongst multiple other insurers. It is difficult to get support when needed because each vendor is within their own silo and they say your issue is with the other vendor. For example, the doctor is covered by a provider that is not the same provider covering the prescription drugs. When there is an issue it is hard to know who to contact.
Travelers had great insurance plan compared to other companies I have worked with.
health insurance is very excellent
The PTO, health benefits, 401K matching and pension are very competitive.
Focus on employee wellbeing and resources to ensure employees are healthy mentally, physically, and emotionally. 401k match could be better/higher.
