Great amount of PTO
The benefits package is good. I had no issues
PROS: generous PTO, great pension options, matching 401k, and great overall healthcare packages. CONS: (basically none..) If I had to pick one it would be minimal fitness/health beneficial perks (such as membership payments) .
PRO is great. Medical and dental were ok. Share of cost was average.

The vision and dental are excellent. The Health plans are good, but expensive. The vacation time is accrued throughout the year, and your sick time is pulled from that which can be difficult if you have sick kids in January. 401k is pretty standard for the industry.
