Benefits seem to be highly flexible to fit the needs of employee and family. Health, dental, vision, life insurance and retirement are some of the options.

The company closes for Christmas and Thanksgiving and allows three other paid holidays. There are usually around five additional floating holidays (you are generally required to work). PTO accrues from day one and is based on tenure. You can also purchase one additional week. You get about four weeks off per year after five years.

Travelers has really great benefits. I no longer work there because my job was transferred out of state. The healthcare, personal days, adoption, and many other benefits are great. I can honestly say I did not appreciate how great until my next employer had REALLY terrible healthcare benefits.
