Based on years of county service, full-time employees earn vacation time at the following rates:
0 to 5 years 4.0 hours per pay period6 to 10 years 4.5 hours per pay period
11 to 15 years 5.0 hours per pay period
16 to 20 years 5.5 hours per pay period
21 plus years 6.0 hours per pay period
Part-time employees earn vacation leave on a pro-rated basis.

Very good vacation- you accumulate 8 hours vacation and 8 hours sick leave every month. Plus each year you get 3 "personal holidays" of your choosing and 11 regular paid holidays every year.
Excellent vacation and sick time accrual and all holidays and weekends off.

There is a good amount of time off included in benefits, and you are actually able to take it!
They offer 12 days of sick and 12 days of vacation. They also give you 3 personal days. Bad weather days are also paid 100% as well as half days on the days before holidays.
