In its competitive benefits, Trellis shows how it values its team members
We provide benefits that include health & dental insurance, a 401(K), PTO, and tuition reimbursement to our full-time team members.
Great benefits, 401k, good health and dental insurance coverage, good PTO leave time.
401l, 6 hr pro every pay period
BEST - unbelievably generous matching on their new 401K. Remarkable annual bonus plan all be it a little bit rigged. Excellent health care - medical, dental, vision, at very reasonable rates. Very generous paid time off and sick time and the pleasure to work in an outstanding facility in a great location. WORST - honestly - I don't have anything to report - by far the best benefit offerings of any employer in my 24 year history. Unfortunately, I don't see them being able to continue to offer them given the instability of TG's future.
Very competitive and low cost company benefits for the area and industry.
Benefits are generous. Employer pays majority of cost for healthcare and the deductibles are not outrageous. The PTO accruals are healthy and there's a generous 401k employer match of up to 6%. Not many places offer that anymore.
Best benefits around!!!! Our out-of-pocket has increased a little over the past couple of years, but that's nothing surprising with the government changes in healthcare. Definitely top of the line for what we contribute. TG contributes way more than I ever expected!
great 401k match program (mathes 200% of up to 3% of employee salary) great PTO that can be used for any kind of leave. university study reimbursement program. great health care program
Great insurance, dental and vision could be better.
Insurance is okay, they do give some time off benefits, but it is difficult to schedule with management.
Best thing about the benefits package is it covers everything you would need.
