“I took the lowest plan since I'm a young healthy person. It was pretty run of the mill. Moderate deductible, decent network, and so forth.”
They offer a pretty solid package overall.

25% 401k match, expensive insurance plans but they are offered, no PTO even for forced holidays
Very good overall package which covered a generous health insurance package and a company store as well. There was dental, vision coverage as well.
401k match was 20% of total put in, which is nice if you put in a lot but not everyone can afford that. Prefer 1 to 1 match up to X% myself. PTO was seriously lacking with only 2 weeks for your first 3 years and then 3 weeks after that up to 5th year. Sick days were use them or lose them. 1 Floating Holiday every year. HSA offered is nice. Gym membership was nice pre COVID. The company swag is exciting and fun and you get a lot of cool stuff that way. Game discounts are not that good unfortunately.

Longer you stay, the more generous they become.
