“They still have a pension which is very uncommon.”

“You can choose kaiser or another private option. Kaiser is good, especially if you don't get sick much. Also the office is located right next...”

Great benefits. 401k, health, dental, vision, vacation, and flexible hours. The benefits are similar to other places I have worked but no bonus.

Overtime is paid at time and three quarters. They have a dinosaur of a pension plan (amazing!), non-matching 401K, 125 plans, meals for overtime shifts added on to your regular 12 hour shift, Great insurance at a reasonable cost, safety bonuses, employee appreciation bbqs, 22% discount with verizon, Microsoft office employee deal- $9.99 for microsoft office suite, holiday pay, option time (take off for any reason, not just sick), vacation time....

The best thing about the benefits package is the pension plan. They only contribute 1% to the 401K plan because of it. The worst thing is the FSA program, which is run differently than most. Sick days have to be earned throughout the year.

The medical, dental and vision benefits were top notch. The 401(k) was a great plan, too.
