They rolled out parental support during pandemic in the form of Care.com partnership. HRAs, Reimbursable office equipment, etc. etc. etc. Doping what they can to make the best of a tough pandemic.
High pay for dependent coverage.
Although I like the company I do not receive health benefits because I work part-time.
Health insurance, PTO, marketplace discounts
Had good Medical ins plans at a great cost. Employer paid 75%
The worst thing is most day care facilities cannot process the FSA card and when you call in the reps are aware of it. The plan is set up to swallow your money before you can get your claims. If I am not able to get reimbursed I will most likely contact the federal trade commissioners office. I was laughed at by a phone rep explaining how strenuous daycare is at at first of the month on top of rent. It's humiliating and degrading. Parents are better off just claiming those expenses on taxes.
Lots of health insurance options.
Nice health insurance ,401K, other coverages
Great benefits for employees and clients
A very well rounded benefit package
