  • Vacation & Paid Time Off(56 comments)

The vacation and time off policy is very good even for new employees. The longer you stay with the company the more time off your accrue.

  • Health Insurance(42 comments)

Great health insurance, not great maternity leave package. Leave with full pay for only a few months (standard state level), with option to take more time off without pay. Outdated for an HR company.

  • 401K Plan(33 comments)

They are one of the largest, if not the largest customer of Transamerica. This allows employees to get very low fees on all funds. There is a vast selection of investments even for the most specific and discerning investors.

I've been working with TriNet for some time and always found the benefit packet more competitive than any other Tech companies in the area. From Medical benefits selection and rich plans to Vision, Dental, Life and many other otpions, to selections, such as Legal Services, the Employee Assistance Program, 401k, and Commuter Benefits. A nice addition is the option for continued learning within the company and the budget for education assistance, as well as our Marketplace. We also have internal competitions to win money for charity donations, and the opportunity to contribute back to the community. In addition, there is access to perks, discounts and prizes that are given when outstanding contributions are made. I also have access to OneMedical and Teladoc, which is essential during the current state of the world. And all my benefits are easily selected, compared and accessed within the App once enrolled. I love having the option to select HSA or a richer plan that can cover me and my family on overseas travel - all depending on what it is I need at the current stage in my life. I had to utilize my information and set up outside the US before and was happy that all my information was easily accessed through the tech platform. When I had additional questions, our teams were on standby to help immediately. One reason why I've been working here for such a long time is that TriNet really listens to the needs of their employees and Customers. And I continue to educate my friends and network on what an employee should ask for when they start a new job. Please ensure your employer takes care of you and values your contribution by providing you with first in class support and communications at all times! Thank you TriNet!!

Really good medical benefit options and contribution, however not very good maternity leave. Only state level paid ML with option to take off more without pay :/

TriNet has an amazing benefits package. The health insurance for a single is very inexpensive with low deductibles. Adding a family is very affordable as well. The 401K match is 6%. and the supplemental life insurance is amazingly cheap. There is a marketplace to get discounts on things you use every day from cell phone carriers to flowers and travel. Very generous time off, especially the longer you stay with the company.

At TriNet - they have really great benefit plans - with so many options to fit every family need. They fund a large portion so the premiums are affordable.

As a company that offers benefits for all their clients, they are able to negotiate very good deals with the major health funds. So I was very happy with my benefits and had a very low premium.
