Best thing is free healthcare for PPO. Worst thing is not a good 401K plan.
No Dental is bad, eye coverage was bad. The DR options were good. and it was mostly covered by the company (the premiums)
Health Insurance is paid for and is free if you use the Trivita Wellness Center and use their doctors. If you have a preferred doctor outside of the Wellness Center it is not free but health insurance may be covered under preferred doctor. Discount on vitamins.
Free medical, dental, vision benefits. Great discount on dietary supplements on company products. No co-pay to see onsite doctors. 6hrs/week paid time off earned each pay period after 2 years. 401K, pension fund.

The Company offered many benefits that were above and beyond what most companies provide, mostly in regards to health benefits.
Best is employee health, dental, and vision is 100% paid by the company., competitive paid time off, and on-site gym. Not a stellar 401k match plan, continuing education, or professional development programs for employees.
