If you are a successful trader at Trillium you can take off whenever you want to go on vacation and come and go as you please. Even when you are first starting off you can still take off for vacation but you obviously can't abuse it.

There are no benefits. They just get you a group rate for insurance. It is offered through the firm, but they don't pay into it. However, you can take off whatever time you need for vacation, sickness, etc.
