FT and PT employees accrue leave at roughly 3 hours PTO per 40 hours worked. Fulltime is considered 30hrs/week. Part time is 15-29 hrs/week. If you work 40 hrs/week for one month you will see apprx 12-13 hours accrued PTO on your pay stub for the 160 hours worked. Leave may be taken after an employee has completed 90 days of employment. Unused PTO can be "sold" back to the company at certain times of the year. There is a PTO donation program through the company, however PTO cannot be donated to any person of your choosing, the company will choose who receives any donated PTO. PRN and Temporary employees are not eligible for PTO.
Not accrued very fast compared to other places I have worked. All time is lumped into paid time off which is not unusual.
You accrue vacation time based on how many hours you work a week.
