Best thing-Health Insurance is pretty good, its a PPO and the company gives money towards your HRA every year
Fairly good heath coverage eye life insurance and 401k dental could be much better.. Barely any coverage any on the highest plan for the cost of dentist these days
its a good package a bit pricey
the best thing is the hours for the work schedule. still had time to go to school and get an education to progress in the company. the worst thing is that leadership dont support the future of the employees. they want you to be on time for work but dont want you to do better for yourself to build your future. also, this location has a bad reputation of shutting down for long periods of time. everything is a big secret. leadership waits till the shutdown to tell you they are shutting down. but they still have their jobs after "we" the low man on the totem pole is still out there looking for a job...and the rehire process is so bias. they rehire who they choose...they dont hire and rehire by the book...
Covers a lot..very expensive 150 a week out of my paycheck for medical and optical on my family of 4.
Good benefits, reasonably priced. Tuition Reimbursement, medical, dental, life, vision, 401k, etc.
Benefits exists just to say they have them, but are minimal except Medical. They do have good, not great, but good medical. 401k is minimal with employer match of 25 cents on a dollar, once a year, maybe if they feel like it. Paid vacation is essential non existent since you have to use what little you get to make up your pay during furloughs. You can take up to 11 day's unpaid though.
This company offers a 401k Match!
Benefits plan was decent and was on point with most other companies at the time. Good perks where built into the plan for non smokers.
i dont get it because im a part timer thats includes holiday pay
