The benefits package is pretty average, but Trion is very flexible with work arrangements and work/life balance for managing appointments, snow days, etc.

Very comprehensive program of company provided benefits and employee elected supplemental coverage.

401K plan is great, especially since they match your plan. The healthcare here is top notch considering the company specializes in healthcare benefits.

Okay selection but for being a benefits company you would definitely expect more options.

The benefits are those of a smaller company, not reflecting the perks of being part of a bigger organization

While it is a hard working environment, Trion does offer flexibility including working from home arranements. Health benefits are good and other insurances (life & disability) are standard.

It's hard to say that they had great benefits, because I know benefits. They're stuck between providing a comprehensive package at a good value. It wasn't a bad package, just not AMAZING.

The best thing is that it pays for Critical Illness, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability plans.

Worst thing is they took away the option to roll over up to 5 vacation days into the next year. You are still able to roll over days but they will count toward FMLA. This is not good for those who save their days for years they plan to travel more.
