The maternity and paternity has been increased starting in 2019 with 8 weeks full paid time off for both parents without using any of your sick or vacation time. There is additional time off allowed unpaid if desired as well.

12 weeks maternity; 4 weeks paternity, paid at 60%. I'm not complaining, but while it's nice, it's not as cutting-edge as many of the other benefits.

Great benefit. I got 5-weeks 100% paid paternity leave and could have take additional time by drawing down on my sick time.

Very inferior to most gold standard tech company family leave policies. Mothers must use standard FMLA leave at 60% pay, then make up difference with sick and vacation time. No time earned while out.

You can extend paternity for up to 1 month when combining with vacation or sick days.

Use sick time and vacation time first, then eligible for FMLA. You get about 6 weeks paid and the rest unpaid, which I don't think is enough at all.
