Base Pay, health insurance, paid holidays, paid time off.
401K; bonus; six month to a year contract; you are given complementary life insurance but do not receive any health insurance
Grandfathered in, so the PTO accrual is very good. I can't say that for anyone who has started with the company since the merger/re-badge. Health insurance deductions keep going up, HMO plans going away. It's already a struggle to live in the DC metro area. Wish they went above and beyond on the 401K, but, it lines up to what other companies are doing. Make sure to take advantage of the office fitness center. It's free, and not bad.
The pay is great and the benefits of working with this are better than most other jobs out there.
