Working async remotely, having stock options, unlimited vacation, and our health insurance and 401k plans are all wonderful. It would be great if we had HSAs (Health Savings Accounts) instead of FSAs (Flexible Spending Accounts) just because I feel like HSAs are less restrictive in my experience. It would also be awesome if Trov matched 401k contributions.
Lots of free or low-cost insurance options that I've never seen anywhere else. 401k but not matched. Getting a PTO day for your birthday is a unique and great benefit.
Adequate package. Unlimited PTO, but the pace of the company makes it awkward to actually take time off. No matching 401K or charitable contributions.
I think the flexible time off policy, the vacation day on your birthday and paternity leave.
The best thing about Trov's benefits is that you have unlimited PTO.
