Only contributory they wouldn't give you anything
not eligible for 40k until you are with the company many months. Its actually a company profit sharing plan, and not a real 401k
Troy has a 401K plan, but you can't contribute to it the first 6 months of employment? Their vesting schedule is pretty slow anyways (5 years to own the small company match of 2% starting out) so why deny people the right to put their own money away from retirement? It doesn't make sense, if you think about it. Other than this, their plan is fine with lots of fund options and a decent online portal.
Cheap with profit sharing. The owners are not good at sharing
not great, low match for the first 5 years.
