For my particular position, there were no benefits included. It was a part time job so that would be expected.

Pros: The best thing is that you can get the Christmas holiday and some days off during summer. Cons: you may have to work till 7 pm sometimes.

tuition benefits are available for family members and for spouses. It would be great if all classes were available, such as certification programs or for a Masters or additional degrees. Health benefits are good. Everything but salary is a best thing.

Great benefits and compensation packages. Health, dental, vision, tuition assitance, and PTO. Annual percentage raises are pretty common.

As a full time employee, receiving 8 hours of holiday and sick time per month was the best thing about the benefits package.

Troy University offers: Tuition Assistance, however, they will only pay the cost of on-campus tuition. This means if you take classes online, they will pay around 75% of the cost leaving the other portion up to you. Most of the JOBS at this University are 8-5 which is a difficult schedule to work around for classes without losing hours and upsetting supervisors for not being in the office working. Teacher's Retirement, 401(k) is not offered rather you enroll in the Teacher's Retirement Systems of Alabama. They take a portion of your pay and contribute it to the retirement system. Dental, Vision, and Medical insurance is offered. Life insurance
