Great PTO system very flexible with use. Insurance was comparatively priced. Retirement plan and match was aggressive compared to local market

Gave all 500 employees a bonus, if started by April 1st, 2019 their yearly salary!!! (8 people were hired that day n only Been there 2 days). What a way to give back to the ones who keep it going...

Really poor health benefits, no other incentives or discounts. Hourly PTO is adequate unless you are a salary employee, salary employees get unlimited PTO (best perk if you are are salary).

Only issue was with medical benefits. I was fairly compensated but medical costs offset what I thought was a step forward with salary

The benefits were very good. The prices were good. They matched the 401K up to 3 percent and did another 1 percent if you did a 5 percent.

Very costly health insurance and moreover no one knows about this.

    The retirement match is generous.

the only draw back to is the health insurance provider

The health benefits have are a definite opportunity for growth. The health insurance itself does not provide a good amount of coverage. When companies have multiple locations and health insurance is provided from an out of state company/plan, it can produce a lack of coverage for the locations out of the state of origin. There is no guidance on the insurance plans when hired. It would be nice to have someone who can explain the benefits and options for those who will not receive the great end of the benefits. The 401K plan is not discussed either, resulting in employees not receiving coverage. It would be beneficial for the company to have a contact for new employees, to ensure that they understand their coverage options and ensure they are being enrolled if they would like to.

Benifits are overpriced based on averages for the type of company.
