    They don't offer any form of benefits. You don't even get an employee discount! They don't offer full time employment, just so they can avoid having to offer it. That information came from John himself. From what I'd been told, management insurance is expensive and crap. Forget paid leave...you have to die at this company to get enough time off to do anything.

    There wasn't one available for us. Management kept us under 40 hours per week by very specific scheduling just to prevent benefits from being payed out.

    True Value offers a full benefits package including medical, dental and vision plans at fair prices. Additionally you get 15 vacation days to start and 5 sick/personal days du ring the year in addition to 8 company holidays. Additionally, at certain levels, you also get a decent annual bonus that can vary based on company performance. there are other perks too such as getting product at a reduced cost, and a whole host of partner discounts.
