Benefits are great for now but they are beginning to diminish. Bonuses are few and in-between. RSU's are not worth much. Medical deductibles have been climbing.
Great health insurance plan options, 401k offering, generous time off policy, and Stock Options
Total package is pretty good, the stocks are not the bast since they don't worth much.
Benefits are as good as any big companies
Generous benefit package overall. Funding for dependent insurance was scaled back over time (previously 100% covered), but still top tier.
Fully paid insurance, fitness reimbursement, fully stocked kitchen, 401k matching
Excellent Benefits and PTO Great management
Great benefits. Cost of living is getting out of control.
Free lunch on Wednesdays, unlimited PTO and the flexibility to work from home (as long as you don't abuse it), and health insurance covers the employee 100% but can also cover your family for relatively cheap.
Benefits are phenomenal! Best I've seen out there.
