good benefits including PTO, insurance (vision, dental, health) and employee discounts for staying at any Trump Hotels nation-wide.
o: Benefits and culture of the company are great. cons: no where to grow. poor management and training. new hire in the spa industries such as a nail tech is poorly treated. they arrange you to do free treatments for their staff members for a good numbers of days which is not fair in this commission based industry.
The hotel stays aren't heavily discounted at all. Staying at Trump Hotel Chicago still costs $125 nightly and thats if the rate is not closed out. Other than the good benefits there aren't really any company perks. However there is free lunch which I think almost every hotel in Chicago has.
It is better than nothing
So many benefits its great,
The monthly cost was extremely low and affordable.
I did not accept the benefits package but they offer basic health, dental, vision. There is a discount for verizon customers and for 24 hour fitness members. Must be full time in order to qualify for any health benefits.
Very solid benefits including multiple plans for health, dental and vision. Very decent 401k and pet insurance available. Management does well at controlling annual cost increases for benefits.
The best part is that they match up 7.5 percent of dontion to you 401k and after 5 you get an extra week of vacation time. They do offer pto that is essentially pointless because in the first quarter they force to take 2 of them and then 5 days of your vacation even though you may not want to or need to.
paid paternity leave is not available upon hire.
