“full time staff able to participate”
“Choose between stupid high premium or stupid high deductible. ”
“PTO is all one no separate days for sick, vacation or personal. 1 hour for every 30 hours worked. Best become a robot who never gets sick or needs a dr appt or day off for anything. Need to ask for any time off even an hour off, 6 weeks in advance. ”
they reimburse schooling if you're going to grad school for BCBA, paid time off (but it takes a long time to acquire enough hours to actually use it)
Benefits package is ok. Dental and vision are pretty standard plans, medical is ok but not great. They do offer HSA and FSA, 401k match after 6 months. Disability and life insurance plans are voluntary plans and you are solely responsible for the premiums which are expensive. Vacation is ok and varies depending if you are salaried or hourly. You do start earning PTO when you start working which is great.
Health benefits of you work more then 30 hours, PTO is lumped as one so no separate sick time or vacation. If your sick then forget getting any TLC vacations. No 401k offered to my employment grade.
401k after 1 year, PTO hours accursed every month, and the company will help pay for higher education with one of their programs.
The time off requests are not fair and very impersonal, so it is hard to get approved
Pros: vision, dental, medical (co-pay plan), holidays and accrue 15 days PTO yearly. Believe also offer pet insurance. Discount to gym membership and select hotels. Mileage paid for inbetween clients locations only. Free Internal CEUS. $200 annual professional development for external CEUS or BCBA renewal fee. Cons: No sick leave accrual. Must use PTO for sick days and vacation. PTO (vacation) can not be used for less than 3 business days at a time. PTO requests to receive approval must be submitted a minimum of 1.5 or 2 months in advance. Offer RBT training to baseline staff. Some financial assistance is available to baseline staff who qualify looking to pursue a BCBA.
This "family friendly" workplace does NOT have paid maternity leave. You only have FMLA: no pay
Health insurance, 401K, paid time off, professional development benefits.
I had no compliants about the benefits offered by TBH all of the systems to access them were very easy to utilize
It was pretty good, no bad comments
