The policy depends on what part of the company you work in, and what your role is. If you are in an engineering team that emphasizes agile development, then working in the office is preferred except in unusual circumstances.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Security Analyst in Denver, Colorado

Keep hearing about work from home, but they took that away at Denver, only work from home for terrible snow, or a power outage in the building, and of course if your sick you can. This job could definitely be done at home given the analyst has a monitor or two to have multiple screens. At least 1 or 2 days a week would be nice, especially if you work on weekends when no one is in the office anyway.

Very low work from home opportunities unless you have some unavoidable situation such as health issues or child care issues etc.
