Trustwave makes tremnedous investment in offering world-class office amenities to its employees we also recognize the need for work-life balance and many of our positions have the flexibility to work from home.
This varies on the managers, which is unfair.
Allowed to work remotely which is a huge perk!!!!
Depending on department, work from home is a common offering.
In my department at least I'm allowed to work from home a minimum of 2 days a week and flexible with schedule when you have early morning appointments.
I am too new to take advantage of this opportunity, but I have heard the opportunity to work from home will exist after I am brought up to speed with everything.
The policy depends on what part of the company you work in, and what your role is. If you are in an engineering team that emphasizes agile development, then working in the office is preferred except in unusual circumstances.
Worked well for those that embraced the flexibility and independence that came with the benefits.
Keep hearing about work from home, but they took that away at Denver, only work from home for terrible snow, or a power outage in the building, and of course if your sick you can. This job could definitely be done at home given the analyst has a monitor or two to have multiple screens. At least 1 or 2 days a week would be nice, especially if you work on weekends when no one is in the office anyway.
Very low work from home opportunities unless you have some unavoidable situation such as health issues or child care issues etc.
