Ample PTO (minimum 20 days + 4 personal holidays, unlimited sick time), solid 401k (up to 6% match, though at year end, ample fund choices with low expense ratios), health/dental plans lacking for families.
The cost coverage and payouts are so high that you can only hope to never get sick because you will go bankrupt using it.
Very market competitive both in cost of benefits and offerings
Great PTO plan in Truvenhealth.
The benefit package is amazing! Plus they are very flexible with your daily work schedule.
Overall the best thing is probably the Paid Time Off, as you get a lump sum of Paid Time Off rather than separating Sick Time to be used for whatever you please (sick, vacation, etc.). The worst is the 401k, as the matching percentage was scaled back.
PTO rather than vacation sick leave is the best. An increased retirement match would make it better.
Great amount of PTO/vacation time however cannot carry over to next year
Company contributes only 50% up to 3% of salary.
the employer match has decreased...
