Free lunch, great benefits
The worst thing about the benefits package is that an employee has no separate vacation time and/or sick time. It is all lumped together as “PTO”. Plus, there are no paid holidays given to the employee. S/He must use her/his own PTO to take any holiday(s) off from work.
The health insurance is exorbitant and isn't even good insurance. They have two plans and neither are viable options. If you need frequent medical care or prescriptions, then you pay way too much per month for premiums. If you would rather go the HSA route, be prepared to go broke paying for your deductible. As for PTO, you accrue more with every pay period; the longer you work there, the more you get every two weeks. But they force you to use PTO for national holidays that everybody gets off and don't give you the option to work them so you don't have to use it. Employees also have a tendency to abuse the policy by taking too many days off, too frequently.
Generous PTO, great overall benefits.
On-site gym and amazing wellness program
Healthcare package is decent but still expensive. 401 k is good. Paid time off could be better.
The benefits are average not exciptional. Since I've seen the quality of care decline at TMC over the years; I think being employed by them and required to use their site is challenging.
Best thing about their benefits is they match up to 3% of your 401k contribution after working there for 1 year. The PTO accrual is pretty good and they offer a wide range of health plans.
Benefits, PTO, and overall support for work and life balance is second to none. Health insurance is more challenging but that is the norm in today's world.
They have a good benefit package
