You don't get any of these benefits since you are part-time even as an Assistant Store Manager who is expected to step up and run Operations in the event anything happens to the Store Manager.
Requested time off is unpaid for all employees except the General Manager. If an employee wanted time off they had to request it two weeks in advance (normal) but that just means they weren't being paid for that time.
They do the minimum required by law
Leave up to 6 weeks
I'm glad Tuesday morning gives employees family medical leave.
Not bad but you only get 3 months
