Free classes if you take them at Tufts. (NB: If you take grad level classes that are not related to your job, you get taxed on the tuition remission above a certain amount.) They also have a reimbursement program if you take them somewhere other than Tufts.
Best thing is that they offer vision while most other universities don't and their health and dental benefits package is generous.
Lots of Time off, tuition reimbursement
Excellent benefits package. All holidays, good 401k matching. Great health plans. Paternity leave.
There are benefits for the staff here, but minimal benefits for the graduate students.
4 Weeks Vacation All major holidays off SOME WFH abilities but not without signing a contract and swearing oath....SERIOUSLY! There's a $2000/semester tuition reimbursement IF what you want to study is offered at Tufts, otherwise it's less to go elsewhere for higher education Nice campus Convenient location if you're car-less or live off Route 2
Great package especially with EAP benefits and time off.
MBTA discount for employee and 4-weeks annual leave.
No supervision for hiring process.
401k contributions are great. Health insurance is comprehensive and offers a lot of options depending on your need as an employee and for your family, if applicable. Tuition remission is an excellent benefit as well.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
