Healthcare benefit package is absolutely wonderful.
Poor vacation policy and it's hard to even take that time off. Decent 401K matching plan and insurance.
Provides different options for health insurance, dental insurance (includes partial payment for orthodontic care), 401K with vesting, company perks (discounts to certain retail stores that we've built, movies, clothes, tickets to shows, hotels, etc.), not many vacations initially but they just changed the company policy to include a bit more (before was ridiculous...had to be in the company for 15 years to get vacation days that other companies give to employees at hire).
Great medical insurance package I had so far.
Turner has great healthcare, and they provide discounts if you get annual check-ups. They also provide the flu shot on site and have people on site once a year to draw blood and give their employees a free health and wellness checkup. They also reimburse for health club memberships up to about $400. Having worked at several smaller companies, I think Turners benefits package is really good.
Turner has plenty of days given in package both sick and vacation to allow for a healthy work life balance.
The benefit packages seem to be a great thing as an full time employee. I would be interested to see how awesome they are full time.
Best: 50% match up to 6% of base salary for 401(k); annual appreciation pay Worst: not as many health insurance options (3) as previously exposed to.
The 401k contributions could be higher. They match 50% of the first 5% contributed. Free dental insurance and good health coverage.
They offered a full package it was great.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
