If you can get over a certain number of hours, quality bonuses are nice.
Depends on the student's ratings. So it very rarely happens that you get a bonus. There are also little bonuses for referrals, and tutor of the month.
Bonus is based on student surveys and can vary. The amount is not too small, but it is not a significant bonus either.
Bonus maxes used to be 20% but got dropped to 12%. The nice thing about this, though, is that the bonus no longer depends on how many sessions you complete in an hour, just rating and time spent online. Because of this, I don't worry about how long it takes a student to grasp a concept, I can slow down and really talk them through it.
