There is a great maternity and paternity leave with 18 weeks for Maternity and 12 weeks for paternity. As well as a plan once you come back for maternity, you work 4 days a week to help you get transitioned back into your role and not feel overwhelmed.

Twilio offers both maternity and paternity leave. Maternity leave is good because they also allow you to work 4/5 days a week for awhile once you return from leave.

Not many new parents at Twilio, but the company works hard to make the program helpful for employees
